
Coach Geoff Moore
Head Coach 2017 – Present
Coach Moore is a native of Vidalia Ga. Coach Moore ran for Robert Toombs Christian Academy from 1984 to 1987. During his high school career he was a three (3) time state champion in the 1 mile and 2 mile.
Coach Moore started his college career at Brevard College, NC from 1987 to 1988. Both years his team won the NJCAA Cross Country National Championship. During his 1988 season at Brevard, he was an All-American in Cross Country. Coach Moore nationally qualified for the NJCAA indoor and outdoor track both years.
Coach Moore moved over to Clemson University from 1989 to 1990. He was named to the All-Atlantic Coast (ACC) Cross Country team in 1989. Coach Moore lettered both years at Clemson for cross country, indoor track, and outdoor track. He was a member of the ACC Championship Indoor and Outdoor Track Team.
Coach Moore later graduated from Georgia College with a degree in education and he currently teaches physical education at Turner Woods Elementary. He started coaching track in Jones County in 2011. He has been the head cross country coach since 2017.
