Core Workouts

Step 1. Start with One (1) Minute of Planks

Step 2. Then do 20 Bird Dogs

Step 3. Then do 20 Upside Down Bugs

Step 4. Now do One (1) Minute of Supermans

Step 5. Now do Twenty (20) Crunches

Step 6. Lastly go back and do a One (1) Minute Plank (see video at top)
