Head Coach, Jones County Middle School Cross Country
Coach Meddie Fuller leads the Jones County Middle School Cross Country program with a passion for developing young athletes and fostering a love for distance running. Her comprehensive coaching background and dedication to student-athlete development make her an ideal mentor for middle school runners taking their first steps into competitive cross country.
Coaching Experience
Coach Fuller brings valuable experience from her three years as an assistant coach with the Jones County High School Cross Country team, where she worked alongside Coach Moore and Coach Waters to develop runners at the varsity level. This high school experience gives her unique insight into what it takes for middle school athletes to successfully transition to the next level.
Her coaching expertise extends beyond cross country, having worked with both the basketball team and cheerleading squad. This multi-sport background provides her with a well-rounded understanding of athletic development, team dynamics, and the diverse needs of young athletes.
Educational Background
As an educator at Clifton Ridge Middle School, Coach Fuller understands the unique challenges and opportunities that middle school students face. Her daily work with this age group gives her valuable perspective on balancing academic responsibilities with athletic participation.
